  • Product Description
  • Application Scenarios

    1. Geological Exploration / Seismic Exploration

    Heavy hammer seismic source: Seismic waves are generated by a heavy hammer (usually 50~500kg) freely falling and impacting the ground, used for shallow geological surveys (such as roads and building foundations).

    Cable Function:

    Lifting the heavy hammer: Steel wire rope or synthetic fiber rope connects the heavy hammer to lifting equipment (such as winches and cranes), bearing the tensile force to achieve the lifting and lowering of the heavy hammer;

    Signal transmission: In some scenarios, the cable integrates force sensors or accelerometer signal lines to monitor the impact energy and vibration parameters of the heavy hammer in real time.

    2. Lifting and Hoisting / Construction

    Heavy hammer (such as ramming hammer, pile hammer): Used for compacting foundations and pile driving operations.

    Cable Function:

    Power transmission: Steel wire rope pulls the heavy hammer up and down, transmitting mechanical force;

    Safety protection: Anti-breakage steel wire rope (such as multi-layer galvanized steel wire rope) ensures the stability of the heavy hammer and avoids the risk of falling.

    3. Industrial Inspection / Equipment Maintenance

    Heavy hammer impact testing: Such as pipeline leak detection and steel structure weld flaw detection, sound waves are generated by heavy hammer impact, and the cable (such as audio cable) transmits signals to the testing instrument.
