  • The 27-pin PN connector is a high-density, multi-pin industrial connector. Its core feature is 27 independent conductive pins, compatible with the PROFINET (PN) industrial Ethernet protocol. It's mainly used in scenarios with high data transmission demands, such as automated equipment, robotic systems, and intelligent sensor networks.

    Typical Application Scenarios

    1. Industrial Robot Systems

    Scenario Requirements:

    Connects the robot body to the control cabinet, transmitting motor drive power, encoder signals, and PROFINET control instructions.

    Advantages:

    Integrated power and signal transmission with 27 pins, reducing the complexity of multi-cable wiring;

    High protection level (IP67) suitable for oil and splash and vibration environments during robot movement.

    2. Intelligent Sensor Networks (e.g., IO-Link Systems)

    Application Mode:

    Each connector connects 8-12 IO-Link sensors (such as photoelectric switches, temperature sensors). 16 pins in the 27-pin connector are used for sensor signals (4-wire system), 4 pins for power supply, and the rest are reserved.
